You represent and warrant that:

• You own or control all rights to your User Content.
• Your content does not violate applicable laws, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or our community guidelines.
• You agree not to post or upload content that is defamatory, abusive, obscene, harmful, or unlawful.

VoteSlam reserves the right (but has no obligation) to review, remove, or restrict any User Content that violates these terms, without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed on VoteSlam are owned by us or our licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

VoteSlam will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of our platform. Your use of VoteSlam is at your sole risk.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of British Columbia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.
